Giftock is not a stock trading platform. We allow Giftock users to link it to
stocks, fixed-income, gold and
other assets through our platform using encrypted smart contracts.
Giftock assets are available to potentially increase the Giftock balance but
balance may also go down
if asset
value decreases. If you are uncomfortable with it then either don't link Giftock to
an asset or choose fixed
growth option which is risk-free for the given duration.
Linking Giftock to an asset may result in lower balance being available for
the giftcard redemption.
Once
Giftock in unlinked from the underlying asset, whole balance available at
the time of unlinking can
again be
redeemed for regular giftcards.
